2D annotation for bending and pressing parts

Onepush software scans and recognizes 2D bends and annotates the necessary information on the plate parts.

  • For radii 30mm only one marking line is visible

In the example visible below the part needs to be bent with a radius of 25mm, the pressing side is on the opposite side of the marked side (OS) and the bend angle is 45 degrees

The 2D cutting file will be generated as visible below:

  • For larger bend radii (30mm), the start and end of the radius are marked on the plates.

In the example visible below the part needs to be bent with a radius of 150mm, the pressing side is the marked side (TS) and the bend angle is 135 degrees.

The 2D cutting file will be generated as visible below:

Generally, the maximum radius of pressing molds is 30mm. Larger bends are created by pressing multiple smaller angles.
