Bevels or chamfers can be milled on sheet edges for welding preparation purposes.
The cutting company can set up the preferred bevel with a code. For example, 35N1 means an angle of 35 degrees with a vertical edge (nose) of 1mm. For a more detailed explanation on bevels, read "Bevels & chamfers".
Find out how to add a bevel code:
Go to the bevels preset menu
Select a part or multiple parts
Select the edges that need to be chamfered
Add the bevel code to the blue or pink plate side
Codes that are added can be reused for other parts
