Special Milling Parts
Special milling parts are complex components manufactured using a milling machine. For these parts, Onepush provides both a bruto plate (a simplified 2D DXF file without detailed form features) and a 3D STEP file that includes all the precise geometric details.
The 2D DXF file is used for nesting the part in the correct plate thickness.
The corresponding 3D STEP file supplies the detailed geometry required for accurate milling.
Onepush automatically generates the bruto geometry, which is a simplified version of the part. This version is displayed in the editor to aid in planning and visualization.
