Every model undergoes the steps of Analyze, Customize, Order, and Build.
Each step has its own set of model statuses to track progress and determine whether you need to wait or take action.
Tip 1: For detailed information, simply click on the current status.
Tip 2: If the status reads "Scan incomplete," you can request support by clicking on the status and selecting "Request support."
Analyze
This step is for when your model is being analyzed by our system. The following statuses and actions apply:
In queue: Your model is in the queue waiting for analysis.
Adding parts in progress: Our system is adding parts to your model.
Scan in progress: Our system is scanning your model.
Scan failed: The scanning process has failed. Review your model, check for hidden, locked or bad parts, and attempt to upload it again. Seek assistance from the support team if the problem persists.
Scan incomplete: Your model is not fully validated. Add or remove parts to solve the validation or request support.
Scan in review: Your model is being reviewed by our support team.
Scan ready: Your model is ready for customization.
Customize
This step is for when you are customizing your model. The following statuses and actions apply:
Editing in progress: You are making changes to your model.
Order
This step is for when you have hit produce and ordered your building package. The following statuses and actions apply:
Production in progress: Our system is producing your building package.
Production failed: The production process has failed. We will investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
Production in review: Your building package is being reviewed by our support team.
Production ready: Your building package is complete and ready for download.
Build
This step is for when your building package is being built. The following conditions and actions apply:
Build started: One of your building package files are downloaded.
Build complete: Your model is complete and archived.
